Which soap bar is right for me?
Dry/Sensitive: Gentle bars (like Goat Milk). Oily/Acne: Clarifying bars (like Charcoal/Clay). Normal: Balanced botanical bars.
How long does a soap bar last?
3 to 4 weeks with daily use. A well-draining dish extends its life.
Safe for children & sensitive skin?
Yes! Unfragranced or goat-milk bars have no harsh sulfates or parabens.
Does it lather well?
Yes! Plant oils like coconut naturally make rich, creamy lather without chemicals.
How to store unopened soap?
Keep it cool, dry, and out of sunlight. Use within 6–12 months for freshness.
How do I place an order?
Choose your bars, add available priced items to the cart and enter your delivery details. The website saves the order and prepares a WhatsApp message. Press Send in WhatsApp so we can confirm availability, shipping and payment.
How are delivery and payment arranged?
We confirm shipping charges, estimated delivery and payment details directly on WhatsApp before you pay.
Can I order without an account?
Yes, guest checkout is available. Registering allows you to reuse saved shipping addresses at checkout.
How can I change or cancel an order?
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number. We will confirm whether a change or cancellation is still possible.
